Scopus Submission Service processes contact details, project requirements and status records needed to answer enquiries and deliver requested Services.

Purpose and retention

Information is used for quotation, communication, delivery, Quality control, security and administration. Production deployment should define a retention schedule and protected backups.

Confidentiality

Work order submissions are transmitted directly to our processing endpoint and are not stored in the WordPress database. Hosting must apply HTTPS, restricted file permissions, strong secrets and controlled access.
